Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Standard delivery within the UK will take up to 7 days posted with Royal Mail. Larger artworks and framed pieces will be tracked and signed for.

International orders will take max 14 days to arrive. Please contact [email protected] for international shipping. Orders under £20 will be shipped standard delivery orders over will be sent tracked and signed for. Customs and tax charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Each unframed paper cut artwork will be packaged in a hardboard envelope and sandwiched between mountboard.

Framed pieces will be securely wrapped in recycled packaging to cut down waste. 

International orders for framed pieces may have the glass replaced with plexiglass to prevent damage. Customer will be contacted in this case. 

Returns

If damaged upon arrival please notify straight away, the issue can then be rectified as soon as possible. Under these circumstances if a return is required postage will be paid for.

If the artwork is not to the customers liking and would like to return, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. If the item is not in its original condition upon return the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
